Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Calm Sort. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Calm Sort on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to the App Store or Google Play terms under which you obtained it.
Purchases
The one-time "Remove Ads" purchase is processed by Apple App Store / Google Play under their payment terms. It permanently removes every ad in the game, including optional rewarded ads, and makes hints free. Restore it anytime on a new device via the store's restore-purchases mechanism (Settings → Restore purchases). Refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
Fair play, honestly kept
We publish gameplay promises (no energy, no lives, no timers; restart never reshuffles; free unlimited undo; every level machine-verified solvable). We intend to keep them; they are product commitments, not additional legal warranties.
What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app except where law expressly permits.
- Resell, rent, or redistribute the app or its assets.
- Use the app in any unlawful way.
Disclaimer & liability
Calm Sort is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing in them limits any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in app release notes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: lei@appfactory.sg.
